My garage is cold and does get a bit damp, so looking for the best way to store her. Anyone using a carcoon, and if so what size?
Cheers.
Matt.

I have the same problem. I would be interested as well to know about the carcoon's as I have thought about getting one!

I've been using a Carcoon for about 6 months now, and am very happy with it so far. My garage is uninsulated and very draughty, so I opted for the outdoor version, in a size 2. It's very well made, with very heavy duty zip and groundsheet. It is a tight squeeze for a mini saloon length-wise though, so you need to get the car lined up perfectly straight. If buying again I'd probably go for a size 3 instead, which would leave enough room to keep the boot open.

Cheers. I've just spoke to them on the phone. They said size 2, or XS if I wanted the veloce model. Veloce is 2mtrx4mtr, so would be able to fit a motorbike in with it. Very tempted.

Just looked on the website and the veloce one looks like a great bit of kit! I'm also very tempted!

We had the small one for my brothers mk3 S one winter, it fitted ok and kept it good compared with a damp garage. We sold it on in the end as it was no longer needed. If I had the space and needed one again I would definitely get one of the frame versions as it would be easier to get the car in and out. air chamber is another brand.
