I have put my new black headlining in and sunroof in now. But the finishing trim for the sunroof is the old gray colour. Is it possible to spray it black or get a new black one?

Not sure about a new one but you can spray it black no problem.
1: flat the surround with 400 then 800 wet and dry.
2: degrease, then plastic prime
3: give it a light flat then spray either with matt or satin black or you can buy textured trim paint.
Hope this helps you a little, I prefer satin black as it has a light shine.

The trim is more of a fabric finish.
