Sounds like a home made 'special' unless it was made for the commonwealth market and has been imported at some point???
Some pics would be good

There was a jubilee model launched in 75 but only sold in holland so someone may have just altered the graphics on one of those

if its the mini I've seen elsewhere the reg starts BAB ? its a dealer special done to commemorate the Jubilee, the rectangular decals are almost definitely done by the dealership rather than from the factory as they're quite clumsy in shape relative to the bodywork. At that time there were several special editions, all that had far more complex profile cut graphics, but non had screen printed graphics like we see on the 'Jubilee'.
At that time there was a chap called Gerry Ellender who worked between the concepts and the marketing side at the factory, and he was a fussy sod at the best of times, he wouldn't have signed off on a graphic detail like that without it being profile cut to tie into the body work properly, and he wasnt keen on screen printed graphics, he preferred the style of graphics you see on the 1275GT, Clubman estate and other similar late 70's cars.... after he left and in the early 80s screen printed graphics did come through on the 1100 specials and similar, but nothing in the 70's.
now....just to make life difficult, in the late 70's in the Netherlands there wss the mini 'Lady' which had stripes down the side just like the 1100 specials, but Ive never seen one close up to ascertain if these stripes were screen printed of coloured polyester graphics.... so I could be totally wrong....and in which case ignore all of the above
but Im pretty sure this is a dealership special done to shift a few more minis at a time where people would buy anything if it featured the silver jubilee
