Depth Of 52Mm Gauges

Hi..

Could anyone tell me the depth of the gauges please

It varies, normal smiths gauges are 33mm mounted depth (to the chrome bezel edge) 38mm from back of gauge to the face, and over all depth with the bulb holder etc on the back is 69mm ish

 

but as you can see, some are smaller, which ones?

Hi ross... again

well it was just an average depth really.. but as say it varies

The one your measuring (69mm) would say thats the biggest they get) depth wise for smiths gauges

Haha again, yes.

 

yeh they aren't any longer than 70mm, only thing is, say you have an oil pressure gauge, the hose that threads onto the back of the gauge will obviously add some depth

i refurbished it, not sure what im doing with yet... I may accept a tempting offer

Could you put up a picture of it please and is it an 80mm one, also whats the situation of wiring?

Its 100mm and wiring it in is easy, the wires for a rev counter are already fitted in a mini

I'll put a pic up soon
