Quick update on this topic.
Today, 28/01/2014 it has been announced by the CPS that after careful consideration that no further action against Kerry Cox will be taken due to lack of evidence. This in effect means that Kerry Cox is acquitted of all charges theft and fraud and has nothing further to answer.
To all those who jumped the gun assuming her guilt, shame on you !
It is understood that now, in relation to the false charges, Mrs and Mrs Newton of Staffordshire are currently being investigated for perverting the course of justice.
