I've never seen a fuel cap like that before. Looks really good. Along with the rest of the car, of course.

Where did you get it from?

well the fuel cap was robbed off my dads mini cooper mine just had a normal round one he still hasnt noticed :lol: dunno if his mini came standard with it i think it did as the car is standard but herd there was only 500 made in its colour the cooper my dad has so maybe like only some were made?

started work on my new engine couple days ago shells have gone in bottom end so rebuilding it. the engine itself came with 286 kent cams, sports clutch, lightened and balanced fly wheel, duplex timing chain and a stage 4 MED head :-

it looks like the arches need to be wider but other than that it looks $1000000

gave it a right good clean yesterday also fitted a mesh instead of a grill but im not 100% sure on it im going to put the surroundings on then see how it looks if it dont look nice the grill will go back on :D

prefer the grill to the mesh.

i have a door step on the shed. drivers side i think.

yeah like it :D looks different to the norm with the alleycats, id say a black roof to match arches would be best now?

mis the mesh with the grille like get the grille remove the slats cover in mesh, then replace slatts one by one missing one in between each time?

dunno about a black roof want to keep some white bits on the car hence why i kept the bonnet stripes.

you could be onto something there with the mesh and grill might have a go at that :D

Sportspack arches? if so go the next mini show youll get any arches considerably cheaper than you would do anywhere else

No what you mean about keeping the white bits but the arches stand out to much from the car on their own, what about a check roof?

Mini spares (i think? ) sell the grills pre done like what i was on about but last time my mate looked they were £60 which is daylight robbery but yeah it was chrome slats with either anodised silver, anodised blue or anodised red mesh behind slats and they look smart
