Its usually easier to chisel the bins out avoids the sparks and mess...

cars a mess anyway only has door cards and there getting chucked out when carbon ones come so doesnt matter about mess or sparks lol

Going back abit..some1 asked how to remove the black C**p on the floor... A paint stripper heat gun and a scraper.i did a little patch to remove some fibre glass where some1 had bodged a hole up.it came off really easily.i think i might do the rest and the seat idea it great,that will be done to mine 1day

yep i think its just over a fueling a tiny bit its running better than it was before so im happy lol

just a 1275 with stage one kit...

have a new engine going in for when i start racing it with stage 4 MED head, 286 Kent cams, twin 1.25" carbs and some other little things

more progress today sanded some more down inside and found a nice hole where there was filler and took the door cards off also got a pic of how low it is

im already thinking about boring the engine to 1293 now aswell

itz getting there lol, i used 2 have ahole like that well it was bigger but i grinded it out an put ametal plate over it, i cant imagin ur mini being brg lol

right then got something new over the weekend

bought my self a 45 weber




will be having my 1275 bored to 1380 in about 3-4 weeks time aswell will also have the crank re ground, wedged and balanced which im looking forward to

and about a month after that ill get straight cut gears and thinking about 3.6 final drive

already have stage 4 MED head, 286 Kent Cam, lightened and balanced flywheel, sports clutch, duplex timing chain and stage 1 kit
