The window washers on my mini are barely spraying any water. I checked and unblocked all the lines, and the pump seems to be in working order. I was wondering if the issue could be solved by installing a bigger pump or if there is another problem.

my guess is blocked jets. either shove a pin in them, or remove them from the scuttle and proggle out the muck.

As per post 3 check the none return valve on the line, location will vary dependent on age and model. Remove it from the line and blow through it in both directions, air should pass through it in one direction only. I have also had a problem recently where I was getting very little fluid, barely a dribble from the chrome washer someone fitted to mine, turns out that the holes were too big an there was no pressure build up to form a jet, just a dribble. Swapped them for a standard black set and problem was solved, good as new.

Talking of vinegar, use it on a cloth to clean your wiper blades. When my daily driver went in for a service, the manager advised me to do that, and it worked, the wipers really did wipe properly again. 25,000 miles later they are still wiping. Like clogged washers, the problem was probably due to a thin deposit of lime scale, which vinegar will remove. The suggestion to use it on the washer nozzles has a solid scientific basis.
It may work in your cooling system too, but you will need a lot of it, and it will need to be well flushed out afterwards.

Helps sometimes to wash the bottle out thoroughly and blow through the pipes as bits settle at the bottom of the washer bottle and stir up as you drive getting back in the pipes again.
