Right, i was thinking of fitting miglia arches to my next mini but befor i decide i want to find out a few things. The first thing is how much bodywork has to be removed from the car for them to fit properly and secondly what wheels would be best, i was thinking about 6x10 weller wheels spaced out but i thought they may look too small, what other wheels would look good in these arches i want to go as low as possible. And one more thing is there any other company that do 7x10 / 7x12 wheels apart from mb racing i was thinking more along the lines weller lookalikes???
Thanks

Firstly, I don't think you ever need to modify bodywork (other than drilling holes) to fit arches.
You cut always trim the inside edge of the Miglias to suit your wheel width. Thats what I'll be doing once I get my wheels if I find they are over-arched. I think the Miglia arches are made for 7" wheels, since thats what Miglias use.
Any split rim can be made to a 7" width. However there is no tyre manufacturer in the UK that makes a road legal tyre for a 7" wheel.

when you buy miglia arches you get a choice in size as the regulations changed and the miglia cars had to use wider arches (from curley) i went for the smaller ones as i dont want my 10x7s to look over arched.
there are other wheels you can use like the force racing split rims these come in 10x7, the ones pictured are exactons converted to split rims buy force racing at about £60 per wheel.

165/70/10 tyres *can* be stretched over 7" rims, but they look stretched and manufacturers don't recommend it. Saying that people have run with tyres like that and had no problems. The only thing is, it gives you a very stiff sidewall, which kind of negates the idea behind 10" wheels giving you a nicer ride and better handling because of the bigger and more flexible sidewall.
165/10/70 are manufactured to be fitted to wheels upto 5.5" wide, although they will fit 6" wide no problems.

They are Force Racing Exaction/Mini Special split rims. I think you need to find a set of Mini Exaction or alloys from a Mini Special and take them to Carl Austin at Force Racing. He's a member on here if you want to PM fastcarl, or phone 0113 2525507.
I think its about £60 per wheel to have them converted.
