Powdercoating Prices

Best Answer maccers , 04 February 2014 - 11:45 AM

A place I used in Mitcham done 4 13*5.5 wheels for £200 - thats blasting and then coating. Great result although I sold the 13's and went to 10's but have used the place before and will use again.

What sort of price should I be looking at for sandblasting and powdercoating a front subframe and 4 wheels?

I was told by a local place i know about £30 to powdercoat a rear subframe, but that was one ready to coat and not needing sandblasting.

Powdercoating wheels should be about £100- £150 ( add another £40 if the tyres need removing and re fitting..

I'd imaging about £50 for a subframe, make sure it's clean as a lot won't get involved if it's dirty..

£90 sounds about right to me.
I paid the same when I had my front subframe powder coated.

Is that including the sandblasting ?

Yeah £90 was for blasting and powdercoating. Looks like I'll be taking the subframe to him this friday, then once that's done I can finally start putting the car back together! Thanks for all the replies
