Looking to sell up... Wanted opinions on value, she owes me around £3600 hopefully worth around that mark or more haha ;-)

Interior is leather, and i have put in a piano black dashboard with aux gauges and a triple clock

Ultralite alloys with yokohama tyres

Recently been serviced, has 1yr tax and 10 months MOT

Surface rust under drivers headlight, body is in good nick, small dent in drivers side door where a plum opened the door in to it...

You're going to struggle to get your money back.... For that I would want an almost mint low mileage original '94 sprite.

As it's a custom you need to appeal to someone, I personally like the black look but would have taken it further with all the chrome being blacked ( powder coated ) but again that's a personal preference and is not to everyone's taste.

Why is it on a tow truck, never a good way to ask for a valuation or sell a car as it suggests it's broken down.

Depending upon what you consider 'surface rust' I say it's a 2k - 2.5k car

I agree with the above, that sort of model would have to be something of a museum peice for you to get that sort of money for it. Somewhere around the £2k mark is probably more realistic.
