I am restoring a 1971 mini 1275 GT with hydrolastic suspension, is it worth keeping it or swop to dry . Also has anyone got experience of driving a mini with hydrolastic suspension ?

Keep it while it works. Worry about it once it starts to give you problems. Unless you're in aus and want to sell me the suspension cheap.

Its nice to drive on but repairs are trickier and some parts are getting hard to get hold of. If its in good condition keep it but if its in poor condition I would be looking to change it.

Tricky to maintain as very few places still have the required equipment.  Nothing wrong with dry though.

Keep the Hydrolastic it is a unique feature of your 1971 1275GT and Mini's with it are so much nicer to drive......also most of the 'Works' Rally Mini's won using Hydrolastic !

Mini Mail sell used and reconditioned spare hydrolastic parts:
