Hi All,

I noticed that one of the two screws was missing on my rear psg side drum a while back and took the oppurtunity to order a new one recently.

Went to screw it in and the bugger wont catch in the hole ! Decided to whip the drum off and see what was what but couldnt get it off, even using the secret hammer of doom !

I peered into the hole and think I can see the end of a screw where some monkey has sheared it off. I wouldnt have thought that would have stopped me removing the drum though ?

Is there anyway of getting it out, its quite deep and probably not even half an inch long ?

Jimmy

Was the handbrake on when you were trying to remove it?

you dont need the screws anyway. plus i know in mine that although there are two holes the screw only went into one of them. there was no way it would go into the other.

to get the drum off you have to loosen off the brake adjuster ads much as possible

Lol, it wasnt to start with !

Will try it again and undo the adjuster more this time, I did it a few turns until the hub/drum rotated freely but there wasnt any movement in the drum at all !
