I assume that the engine is able to turn over on the starter... it's not clearly stated in your posts above.
You said you have fuel. Are you saying that there is fuel in the tank? Or do you know for certain that there is fuel in the carb float bowl?
When in doubt, the quick screening test is to dump a thimble of gasoline down the carb throat. If the engine starts, runs very briefly and dies you have a fuel delivery problem to sort out.

Try the thimble of fuel down the carb throat to rule out a stuck carb piston or plugged jet.
How have you tested for spark and where are you seeing spark?

I have fuel, but not going to plugs...help welcome... please quote my post if you have a hint as i cant follow the thread on my phone

As Doug has suggested above, pour a thimble full of fuel down the carb
It may be that your carb needs a good clean and service due to it standing

Oh forgot to mention : Its a 'fresh' engine, had th enegine and everything out last month ![]()

Have you got an inline fuel filter?
If the fuel is getting as far as the carb (take the pipe off and place in a catch tank and crank) but not into the cylinders, it points to a carb issue
