Just bought some hi-los for amie, just wondering how do you know whether the knuckle
joints at the end are knackered or not? Not sure whether to use the old ones or get
some brand spankers!!

Well if they've been on there some time, I'd say fit new whilst you've got it all stripped down.

Whenever you're working on a car, theres an old saying....

"while I'm in there"

Basically, you're gonna have the whole thing apart, so for the sake of a few quid, get new ones. Plus, you'll probably have a devil of a job getting the old joints out the end of the alloy cone. (I know my cone snapped before they came out. In fact they never did come out!)

Oh, and when you order them, ALWAYS get originals
