anyone out there from around the lancaster area, im from a little village north of lancaster
called Silverdale. anyone know it???? anyone near there???? If so what mini club you in because
im trying to find one close to home?!?!?!?

my old man is from your neck of the woods, was born in bury and then lived in bolton-le-sands just outside morcambe!

I go to Warton Stock Car Club in Warton which is literally next door to Silverdale... I race a Mini Stox there... Have you ever been to watch the banger racing?

I'm from Blackpool myself by the way.

I do go down there occasionally, great fun down there. Think the track could do with being
a little bigger tho, what do you reckon?

Yea, it is a very small track.. It's just too short to get into 3rd gear in the minis... If it was just a bit longer it'd be second/third round the track, but being the size it is, you tend to stay in second...

There's a nice friendly bunch called 'South Lancs Mini Owners Club'...... We used to go along to some of the meets when we lived in Bacup.

A few of our friends are still members, might be worth giving them a ring to find out if they meet up anywhere near you! (I can't remember off the top of my head which pubs they go to now)

The guy you should speak to is called Dave.....if you ever find a number for them that is- helpful arent I?!
