It says 'just double clutch down'
... No one double clutches anymore!!! There is literally no need!!
flat shift if you need to, keep it flat, mash the clutch and rip into another gear, but double clutching is pretty pointless

I notice Evo mag says the new F56 MINI gets:-
"A six-speed manual gearbox, with rev-matching on downchanges, as standard fit while a six-speed automatic transmission is optional. A third option is a sports auto, with rev-matching downchanges and steering-wheel paddles for manual operation of the gears."
