just got my head back from morspeed cough 8 weeks cough but thats not what this thread is about, the new head i have recieved had no tube to go to the water pump and the hole for the heater tap is blanked off too what ways do i have to get round this block the pump hose and link the heater hoses together with a t piece or something?

no you can drill it out and attach the tap as normal.

as for the water pump bypass you can use the metro setup with the extra sandwich plate i believe.

think you can just see the sandwich plate in this pic.

You'll need a sandwich plate style thermostat housing. That gives you the heater outlet and the system that replaces the bypass hose.

to be honest, I think its very very bad of them to not supply a "like for like" head. Give them a call and explain the situation (don't mention the sandwich plate until they do). At the end of the day here, you now have to get your hands on new parts because they messed up.

so the sandwich plate is for the heater and the bypass hose i can just block up on the water pump?

i've got the taps out an a bolt i'm about to block it up any further advise?

oh spent the morning building the head put all the valves in and the roller rockers are on now they look really pimp in purple haha
