As far as I know, I've got adjustable tie bars and I want to adjust them because the camber looks daft. I was going to wait till the bodywork was finished, but I've had so many people tell me the front looks silly with the camber so I want to put it back to normal asap (previous owner done it), then I'll book it in to get it properly done soon.

Can adjustable tie bars be adjusted still on the car if jacked up?

Thanks

Do you mean adjustable lower arms? Tie bars wouldn't affect the camber (well perhaps a tiny amount), they affect castor.

That does look a lot of camber. You can get fixed arms with the hole further out to give more negative camber, usually 1.5 or 2 degrees. To get rid of that you would need to swap the arms for standard ones. Can you get a pic of the bottom arm itself?

Looks worse from a distance. I'll go get a pic of the bottom arm in a min. If I do need to get standard bottom arms, would I need to change the tie bars too? Or are the ones I've got alright?

The ones you have should be fine. You will need to get the geometry set at a decent wheel place though.

Adjustable front tie-bars are designed to use with standard lower arms. They are used to set the caster which should be 2.75 to 3.5 degrees and set to suit the type of use.

Certainly looks that way. That is by far the most likely cause. You should find someone who will do a straight swap I would think.
