Apologies if this is a hijack of the OP's thread.
I put fixed 1.5 degree lower front wishbones on a car last weekend, and set tracking so it's about 0 degrees. I know I need to get a bit of toe out (will try 1mm).
My problem as the standard fixed length lower tie arms seemed to be pulling the wheel too far forwards, so I dropped on a pair of adjustables and invested in one of those camber/gastor gauges which I will be having a play with this weekend.
Can I just check that I am looking for 3 degrees of castor, but is that negative or positive? I'm only quoting what the instructions say, so apologies if it's a numpty question.
I appreciate I will need to redo the tracking once the castor is correct.
cheers
Mike
