Then you're are replacing all the worn out and damaged parts on your your car with second hand components you have bought.

the legal way is to find some identifying marks on the shell (chassis number /reg number) and apply for a log book/V5

 

if you have no numbers on the car it's build it up like a kit car IVA it and Q plate
