Reshelled Mini using 1995 shell - loom from similar period.

I desperately need some help....both indicators and hazards don't work, but interior light does....I've looked at the wiring diagrams in Haynes but can't identify my wiring loom...checked fuses still can't get them working... Checked for power at hazard switch .....nothing.

Any ideas? This is the only thing left for me to do before I mot the car....I am not very good with electrics

Cheers....matt

Thanks for the quick reply...I will get a switch, but I've tested for power at the switch and found nothing?? This is the bit that I don't get as obviously a new switch wouldn't solve this problem....

The indicator flasher is usually the one behind/ under the dash, where as the hazard flasher is usually in the engine bay. On most models it's on the passenger side near the wiper motor, but I believe that on some later models it's on actualy on the drivers side instead.

Ok thanks for the info...are both flashers black then???? I've looked before and only found a load of yellow relays... Under the steering column I have one black flasher and a pink relay or something....

the one near the steering wheel for indicaters is silver the pink one is the dim dip relay for the lights dont touch it if it works. and the one in the engine bay is silver as well.
