Has any body experienced, ball joint that are too (or seem to have a plastic sheathing on) and don't fit through the bottom arm holes?

just wondering, as i don't know whether to make the holes bigger or cut the plastic :/

thanks in advance!

The holes are tapered so it would be pretty difficult to make them bigger, put up a picture of this plastic, I'm guessing it's like a shrink wrap coating, if so it will need removing

well its more of a question why they won't fit, but ill get a clear photo tomorrow and put its up. its not shrink wrap, its like a plastic collar but dosnt cover the whole thing its weird.
