Hi, I'm after a nice solid mk1 boot lid, bonus if it has the light and number plate flappy holder thing.

Don't really want to pay more than £100 though, unless it is complete. And must be original one, not one that has had the panel welded on a mk3 on one

Gez, didn't know they went for that! I got one in better condition with an inner luggage panel for £40.

PM Murfee on here, I know he has a few.

Alternatively ask on Retro Rides, that's where I've got a few from now.

I know. I was bidding on a red one few weeks ago and put £120 on it thinking yeah that'll be mine, but it went for like £180! Just for the actual boot lid
Alright cool will do, cheers

Also browse eBay for mk1 mini boot, mini boot, mk2 mini boot and save them to your search alerts. You usually get an alert every 12 hours with recently uploaded items.

I saw a mk2 boot sell for £5 the other day. I also bought 2 locally through eBay for £35 each (with no inner luggage panel, just he frame in pretty rough condition but useable).

They are out there for sensible money, just take some hunting.

Thought I'd bump up again as still looking.

Bidding on a blue one on ebay but got a feeling that's gonna go silly.
