Im looking to wire up my spot lights but what fuse would i use to wire it up to the relay? i have the standard 4 fuses as pictured below but which one will i use to wire up my spots?

None of them, they can't take it. You need to create a new fused circuit from the main supply terminal at the solenoid. There are lots of threads here describing exactly how.

The operating side should be tapped off the blue/white main beam wiring, draw your power supply directly from the solenoid, where the other brown live feeds start. You can earth the operating coil via a switch to turn them off if you just need high beam.

 

Terminals:

30 - feed (solenoid)

85 - earth (via switch)

86- blue/white (high beam)

87 - to your spots

 

An addendum Dan would approve of: adding things to existing fused circuits can increase the risk of your electrics catching fire.

Im on my kindle at the moment and it wont let me search can you post a link up please how to create a new fused circuit there must be a bug it wont let me search

Right wont do that i dont want that to happen

Here you go, terminal 30 in the Minis case will be the brown feeds of the solenoid
