I bought these a while back, but I now don't like the wheels (they just don't suit a Rover!) and I have no plans to change the suspension anymore.

Ok these are the wheels, in gold. The second pic shows the tyres. One of them (I think the top one) didn't inflate when I tried a while back but the others are ok. I don't know what the exact tread on each one is though.

All four wheels are scuffed and could ideally do with a refurb but can be used as they are. My plan was to refurb them and spray them Charcoal or something like that.

I have the wheels centres as well, in the same colour as the wheel. No wheel nuts.

£50 collection only. Could possibly deliver locally to Bournemouth. Collection from near to Castlepoint shopping centre.

Standard height MG ZR suspension. Decent condition, not used by me. Keeping the Rover standard height, can't be bothered messing around with it to be honest.

£25 collection only. Can deliver locally to Bournemouth. Collection is from near to the Castlepoint shopping centre.

Any questions, just ask.

What model ZR is the suspension from? There were several variations and it does make a difference. For example if you stuck the suspension from my ZR+ TD on a ZR 100 it would look like it was a roller-skate as my engine is about twice the weight.

Interesting. The guy I bought it from had a diesel, but I'm not sure it came off that car! I'll have a look at the labels and have a look. If I can't see anything I'll get in touch with the guy again.

I didn't realise it made any difference.

The rears might not be any different but the fronts need to account for the different engines.

Yeah it makes sense now I think about and now you say it, the diesel lumps are a lot heavier than the petrol ones.

Are the wheels 17s? Do you know if they are standard mgzr PCD 4-100?

Yeah some important information I left out there! Yes they are 17s and they are the standard MG ZR fitment.I did put them on my Rover 25 for a very short time when I had a puncture on another tyre as a quick fix, for about 300 miles.

Thanks for the info, I need 15s or 16s (for an mx5) so will pass. Good luck with the sale, they are a bargain so someone will have them I'm sure.

They're 15s! Nah no worries.

I should put them on the MG rover forum but I have to pay and I'm not on it enough.

I've been told they are quite sought after as they are ideal offset wise for an MX5.

Come on people but some stuff! The more people but, the more money I have to make the Rover nice!

Are you interested in another set of wheels for the 25? I have 2 different sets of alloys for my ZR and been searching for some standard ZR wheels for months, if you're interested I'd be willing to swap a set or even both

Not really to be perfectly honest, I am trying to thin out the stuff in the garage.

Thanks for the offer though. They could well be going on in ebay in the next day or two.
