Neither cam will do anything while your on a standard head/valves I'm afraid, the cam may well have the capability to increase the performance but the head will restrict it.

There the 997 and the 998 cooper camshafts, can be considered like a traffic camshaft.

The 510 was the Cooper 'S' standard cam. In a 998 with a 12G295 head, a CR of c.10:1 and decent carburation it works well. A very nice cam.

In a 998 bored +0.080" with the above mods and a few more 'goodies' I got 66 bhp at 6000 rpm.

The thing here jacks is those engines were modified and not standard, you could strip and freshen up the motor and install a cam and do the head at a later date to reap the benefit.

As Dave says, a cam change with no modification to the head will gain nothing.
