This, like all my other projects never got finished so unfortunately I won't be using this!
Some Text and Pictures from Nic's original advert:-
1x Intercooler Custom made by A+H Fabrications, when Nic was keen in his younger days he popped a thermocouple down the pipework and measured 7 deg above ambient temperature on 16psi
2x Aluminium Brackets to fit it as fitted on Nic's car
All Silicone hoses to fit as it was fitted on Nic's car (He used a T2 on a mirage manifold)
Aluminium swaged intercooler pipework, meaning it wont be popping off with boost.
Nic didn't run a grill and it poked out very slightly (of his shorter than usual carbon front) because he wasn't keen on spacing out the grill. Alternatively you could do as Matt Woods, Turbophil, Robert, and I am sure many other have done and space the grill.
Nic's engine was tilted forward, and his front end shorter than a regular steel one. I paid Nic extra to get the end cap altered by cutting off the corner and having it re-welded to make it easier to get a grill on (some cutting and spacing will still be required).
The pics are of it straight off Nic's car, all you would need is your own hose clamps.
There are a couple of bent fins on the intercooler but nothing major, but to be sure I had it tested and there are no leaks.
An absolute bargain with the pipework at £200 plus delivery at cost for a piece of turbo mini history! :)
Before anyone asks the plenum is not included and is not for sale :)
