My tuned mini seems to get a little warm when idling after a run so I'm thinking of fitting and electric fan to assist with stationary air flow

Has anyone fitted one any hints and tips before I start?, attach to radiator?, keep/remove mechanical fan

Cheers.

Has it been set up properly like on a rolling road?

I use a Kenlowe fan kit, they attach directly to the outer wing wide, you'll need to remove the rad and also the metal slats on that side under the wheel arch. Mine works great when stuck in traffic. I have it on a manual switch.

Not set up yet but will be when I'm finished. I will also use a mechanical switch. I think yours is fitted between the radiator and wing, is that correct? Was hoping not to have to remove the rad but hey ho!

Cheers
