So one relay plug are solenoid , ground , blue white and the blue/red ( headlamp wires ) and the other relay same exact thing.

Are the relays connected directly to the fuse block or the battery cable on the starter? If so then the relays are to save the somewhat weak headlight switch from burning out.

Genlighting, I love your avatar picture. I found a large copy of it online last year and saved it somewhere on my PC. Maybe someday I'll find it again.
Scottv, as Genlighting said, the common reason for adding headlight relays is to protect the dash switch and dimmer switch. By using the relays, the wiring and switches in the passenger compartment only deal with the tiny amount of current needed to fire the relays so they last a lot longer. The relay contacts handle the large current required by the lights. Some people also report that by making this change they get brighter headlights since the relay contacts are new and clean compared to those inside the old switches. I have added headlight relays to my Mini and my Triumph Spitfire. I have never bothered with our GT6 as it is never out at night.

Thanks for ur reply it's connected directly to the battery starter cable

By all means run the relays that came in your kit. The wiring diagram they provided will show you how to connect things. In the end I think you will find their scheme to be very similar to what you found on your car.
