i have a spare mechanical pump from my 1275 mg midget, just wondering it would work for my 1275 mini?

Hi 

yes it will bolt to the block and pump

but the inlet and outlet 

might be in the wrong place 

but if you undo the 6 screws you can move the top round

  You do need to use a spacer / insulator with it, but presumably it used one in the Midget too as it's the same engine.

aye, fitted it last night, but found that the pipe inlets were too big for the standard 1/4 fuel hose.... sigh

Can't you strip the old pump and use the top bit with the pipes??

nah the pumps are different sizes
