Yes and all you need is €30, a car, a helmet and some overalls (nothing needs to be FIA approved and the car doesn't have to be road legal).

The next slaloms over here are the Hemicuda slalom in Kuurne on the 21st of april and the Houtlandslalom in Torhout on the 13th of july but that's about it over here in West-flanders... there are more slaloms in Belgium but these are the only 3 I go to...
