I re done my primary gear end float clearance and it is spot on now. But I have noticed the the lock 'C' clip can slide out a hell of a lot easier... Surely it can fall out while the crank is rotating?? Or is that not possible??

Can it be tighten a little bit by squeezing the sides of the washer?
Dont take my word but just an idea might vary between engine sizes?

Mine was similar but the flywheel will hold this in place if i am correct.

Mine was similar but the flywheel will hold this in place if i am correct.

Yeah I suppose it must do, it came off easily in the first place.... So it must hold in place by the flywheel

Make sure its position correctly when you fit the flywheel so the C clip cant drop as the flywheel goes on
