Hi chaps, I have decided in selling my 1996 sidewalk. It is a 1996 rover mini in very good condition. I have had the car for about 7months and have slowly revamped it up. Around 18 months ago, it had new front panels fitted from the A panel to the front, along with a full respray in charcoal grey. The car sits on 12' silver minilites in mint condition with loads of tred as I have replaced them recently and done about 20 miles on them.
A replacement original radiator was also fitted and filled with antifreeze and coolant. It has the original sidewalk interior in excellent condition, which I re-valeted 2 weeks ago. It also has the original rover stereo that has been decoded. The 1275cc engine runs very well and was starting first key when the car was being driven daily however I feel that it can now do with a new battery or may just need charging as the car is now parked and covered. There is no crunches or issues with the gearbox and is a pleasant car to drive as its done a modest 69,000miles.The only issue is the fan belt will need to be tightened as its making a noise which I will try to do if I get around to it-its a small job anyhow.
The car is regularly polished and chrome detailed and is in very good condition. It does have a minute dink on the passenger side door which you cant even see in the photos. There is also a small crease in the bootlid which you can see in the picture. The car is rust free, I repeat rust free, sills, arches, scuttle, wings, are all 100% other than the small surface bubbling on the passenger side door which is hidden in the paint work.
The previous owner has unfortunately lost the service history through a house move but I think the car does justice for itself. Its genuine, its very very clean and its rust free.
It comes with 4 months MOT and 5 months tax.
