I love these, but they only sell them in 13's.. does anyone know if you can get them in 10's?

Nope, they are the wrong pcd for minis.

maybe some 100+'s or some that I've never seen before leyland tropheys which would be very hard to find I imagine. both of which can't be bought new.

It's a long shot, but many golf cart wheels are 4x4 pcd, and are usually 10x6.

 

Baring in mind they are golf cart wheels, and may not be strong enough for road use. In which case it might be worth buying one and taking it to a professional like The Wheel Specialists to see if they are strong enough for the road. 

You may also have to run an inner tube.

 

By my statement i'm not telling you to put golf cart wheels on your car, i'm saying simply that if you are serious, you could find a similar set somewhere and someone out there would be able to dictate if it is safe for road use or not.

All of this will cost a small fortune i'm sure.
