Right so I have finally got this back. It has mostly been stripped and needs a fair bit of work. I only got it back today so don't have a full idea of the work yet and I am sure more would be needed once you start digging. Everything is there, but some of it is also worse for wear. The engine, for example, is a big rusted block. I think its ok inside though. Also of note, it is not currently registered in the UK as I took it to Germany when posted there. The Forces have their own way of doing stuff and so it was registered on their system. I got it reregistered there but never got it re-registered in the UK. Can be done easily with the right form. I do have the V5 and some previous paperwork for the car though.

Here are some pics.

Anyone's thought on an approximate value? I am going to combine this with ebay recently sold project cards. I'm still undecided whether to save or sell, or sell in parts which I think would return the most money. If I do that, no dibs on the engine, as I'll use it to practice a rebuild!

Would be a shame to scrap it, if you want to use the engine why not sell the rest as a rolling project? Somewhere around £300-400

Yeah I'd really rather not scrap it. I know an interior like mine went for around 200 plus on eBay so I might do that.

I have an extra 998 engine in there as well.

It's all money that will be spent on the other one anyway!
