Remember this is only to do it early if your car was built towards the end of the previous year to being registered, if you wait until the next year it will not need any extra evidence just the correct forms filling in, Jan the 7th must be worth a shot at saving £100 though surely?

So if your car was built between 1970 and 77 you cant get a heritage cert.

I have seen a mention of 72 on here but I dont know, emailing them would be the best bet.
