I am currently running drums on the front, i have just purchased a set 7.5" discs, will fitting these make the wheels sit wider at all ?

Yes, by about 3/4" of an inch each side. Fit either spacered drums or a 3/4" spacer kit to the rear to match it all up

The 7.5" disc set up is 3/4" wider per side than unspacered drums. If you have standard drums then yes it will make the front wheels sit wider.
