Look at M-Machine's on-line body panel catalogue and you'll have all the answers.

If you are restoring a Mk.1 you do really need to use the correct Mk.1 panels anywhere they are different from later model panels.
Basically the wings never changed except when side repeaters were fitted. Roof panels never changed, nor did a very few other panels.
However, the inner & outer sills changed as did front panels, rear side panels (but only right at the very top where it meets the roof. The floors changed, but the floor cross member did not.
Really the M-Machine catalogue shows which parts are different.

Not knocking Ebay (just bought a wheel arch / boot floor Subframe bracket) but cheaper panels are usually cheaper for a reason, they're definitely are not genuine and usually will be more troublesome to fit.
It all depends on your budget v what you want the finished product to look like. If your on a tight budget and are not trying to get an exact match then cheap panels may suffice but as Cooperman said "If you are restoring a Mk.1 you do really need to use the correct Mk.1 panels anywhere they are different from later model panels."
Check the catalogues and confirm any differences, also email / message the seller, may help to resolve any questions.

I would not rely on ANY panels from Ebay fitting correctly, and you would need to contact the seller for proper information on exactly what they were intended to fit. If the wing, without repeater hole, is badly made and will not fit a later model, it will not fit a MK 1 either. By the way, if you can only find one with the hole, or it is cheaper, it is a relatively minor job welding in a small piece of metal to get rid of it.
M-Machine are reliable, as is the Somerford web site, and either will point you towards the correct parts. If they are not stated to be MK 1, you can be fairly sure that they are not. The rear bins are definitely different, as they changed when the internally hinged doors first appeared. The sills, floors, etc are only different on very early MK 1 models, and these parts are not available now. The rear arches are all the same, except that some have seat belt mounts and maybe a washer bottle mount, but if you order them as seperate inner and outer parts they are all teh same anyway.
