Hi guys,

This is probably going to be a stupid question but what does it mean by a Silencer Exhuast System? I keep thinking to myself it means it makes the car more quiet which I don't want haha ;)

Your correct, i have a noisy system :)

1.75 inch LCB manifold
2.25 inch link pipe
3 inch tail pipes
Sounds good :)

Jack I used to be the same as you mate, however I have literally just fitted a silencer where my decat pipe was on my maniflow system because my mini was stupidly loud.....as much fun as it was for a while I leave for work at 4 every morning and don't like waking the neighbours up....it's surprising that it actually sounds nicer a bit more quiet...and doesn't pop as much!

Meh maybe I'm just getting old :) haha

popping is generally a lean running condition that can be caused by a more free flowing exhaust. So be careful when modifying your car that you don't give yourself more issues...

Indeed it is, however I can't alter the fueling in an mpi, and bigger LCBs tend to promote popping, the silencer has worked wonders for me and is actually running better instead of th decat pipe
