Hi,

I have a 98 mini and need to bleed the brakes. Please can someone tell me the order and any tips for openign the rear bleed screws as they look tiny?

Thanks,

Front passenger side, front drivers, rear passenger, rear drivers.
Give the bleed screws a good soaking overnight with a penetrating oil and take it easy.

Yes, I always thought you should bleed the furthest brake from the master, no? Is that was the case go with the above.

the order I gave above is how I did mine and that's from page 237, I assume its for left or right hand cars.

The size of the spanner depends on the age of the cylinder, either 1/4" af or 7mm (this is what I found anyway) try with the 1/4" first as it just wont fit rather then the 7mm that would appear to fit until it slips and rounds it off.
