Hi
I have just built a mini trailer and took it for its first long run. Once I got home I noticed that the trailer had a lot of small stone chips on the front with the lacquer peeling off. Was just wondering if anybody knows how to stop stone chips?

The trailer is away getting resprayed at the minute and would oive to protect the fresh paint.
Thanks

Protective clear vinyl.  You'd be amazed how ineffective mud guards are at stopping stones flying.

Yeah the clear vinyl stuff. I am going to do this on my clubman front end under the bumper.

Seen that on eBay, I already have mudflaps on the car but as you say they are really ineffective.
Thanks guys

Just ordered the plastic, any tips for putting it on?

The trailer has been resprayed and is looking much better, just need to protect it now.
