Ok so going to tackle Rubber Cone changing. I have just ordered two from Mini Spares along with Knuckle Joints. 1991 Cooper. I have a Compression Tool. Is there a good guide to change them? How long will it take?
Also thanks for advice on Solid Clutch pedal. It was the Actuator arm just needing a little penetrating fluid and a few hits with the hammer!

Assuming you haven't done them before, Rears about 30-60 mins a side, fronts about 2 hours a side. Fronts have more potential for issues such as rusted top arm pins that can cause problems. Soak everything in plusgas for as long as you can before hand.

The biggest thing with the rear cones is the fuel tank will need to come out to remove the shock absorber other than that its straight forward.

As Clive has mentioned the fronts can either be easy or a complete pain in the backside. The upper pin can be seized in place which will need some serious abuse to remove.

Or in my case the cone compressor pin gets seized in the cone and i had to cut the pin in place, not easy and took several hours to sort out.
