Hi 

 

My mini has been off the road for two years now due to becoming a dad. its finally time to get it back on the road.

 

I need to get it looked over and get it ready for its MOT, I used to use a very good mechanic in Upminster Essex named Kel, unfortunately I have lost his contact details.

 

does any one know if he's a member on here or has his contact details.

Well can't find his number anyway but after reading the above maybe that's a good thing... I have never had any work done by him, I have only bought some bits and pieces off him over the years.

Last time I see him he had plenty of mini's about but also quite a few T2 campers that he was restoring. Always been a nice enough bloke...

I go to a guy named chris near the cometary. He has always carried out work for mot's etc for me and normally does it all very quickly too which is a bonus

Yup always is a nice enough bloke but sadly unreliable, lies consistently and the end result which can be YEARS after work is due to be finished is generally poor. All in my opinion of course, but others too I would suggest.

Well to be honest I've never had any major work done, just minor stuff really and I can 't say I've had any issues with him.

 

Can anyone recommend another mini specialist in the essex area, I need some minor welding work done in one of the foot wells and just a check over really and to get it ready for a MOT.
