It might have been imported from Jersey or Guernsey etc, my bini Cooper came from northern Ireland at the start of this year, the paper work is now a right mess and has a special note in the comments box on the front page even though northern Ireland is part of the UK! What registration letter does it have?
Northern Ireland have their own version of the DVLA - everything is different. Driving licence numbers are different and the English Police have to speak to the NI DVLA to get hold of keeper details as it's not stored on their computer. It's a totally separate entity ![]()
