You can probably hook most of them up. You should anticipate spending a fair amount of time figuring out connections go where. Your car is unlikely to have the same connector as this flex circuit gauge cluster needs so anticipate running wires with ring terminals to each of the gauge related nuts shown on the back side of the panel. The new wires would then have to be spliced to those on your car.
The voltage gauge, and clock will be very easy to deal with as will the lighting circuit. They will just require the wires with ring terminals I mentioned above and connection to switched and unswitched circuits (as appropriate) on your Mini. The fuel gauge should prove to be almost as easy to deal with. However, I do not see a voltage stabilizer on the back of that gauge cluster so you will probably have to supply one separately to power the fuel, temperature and oil gauges.
The water temperature and oil gauges will be more difficult to deal with. If you know what car this cluster came out of, buy the sending units (excluding the fuel sender) for that car and use them in place of the ones in your Mini. Electric sending can be expensive and not all of them are the same... not even if all the parts are Smiths. If you don't know what car these were originally for and if you cannot get the original, compatible sending units you will need to calibrate the gauges to match whatever sending units you can find. In the U.S. the only British cars I can remember that used electric oil pressure gauges were some of the later MGBs. Owners complain about those senders and gauges frequently and often replace them with earlier mechanical gauge parts as the electric ones are somewhat expensive.

That cluster is from a Series 1 Jaguar XJ6. For the oil and temp gauges you will need the right senders and if you are lucky you might be able to find a second hand plug, with wires still connected, from a Jag to fit into the cluster. The fuel gauge may or may not work correctly with a Mini sender, it just depends on the resistance of the gauge and the sender being matched.
Obviously a Jag electrical diagram will help when connecting up the gauges.

A quick search on Ebay will let you know what they are worth, which is about £60-£100.
