I want to buy some Dynax UC (clear underside rust preventing wax) and I'm wondering how many cans I'll need.

It only comes in 750ml rattle cans. I'm wanting to do the underside, arches, subframes etc.

I'm going to buy some S50 for cavities etc.

Has anyone used these? How much did you use?

This is the stuff, by the way http://www.bilthambe...-waxes/dynax-uc

Cheers

Two will do it easily. One will get close but a second one will make sure, especially with the extra bits you are doing. One can of S50 will do a minis cavities. They used to do a pack with two cans of each for a good price, not sure if they still do.

Alright thanks, so 2 cans of UC and a can of S50 will do it all? Not bad for £40.

Its brilliant stuff. With the S50 I heat up any seams with a hair dryer as I apply it as it helps even more with the creep I to the joints. I used it on my MGB GT when I first got it and it was just as sound five years on when I sold it. Well worth the few quid it costs.
