1098 engine and gearbox that's sat unused for many years.

The gearbox spins freely but the crank is too stiff to turn by hand and probably needs a bit of persuasion.

Bores measure approx 64.5mm. They are very dirty but may clean or will require a rebore.

The engine was last run 20 odd years ago.

What you see in the picture is what you get. Will need stripping down and rebuild.
