SPI throttle body cleaning

Is this easy enough without me destroying everything in sight? Ive read the haynes, but has anyone got any tips?

Creaning it with what and on the outside or iniside?

air intake cleaner, or carb cleaner

Isopropen alcohol, it cleans away all sorts of crud and evaporates away. Use it at work all the time.

Dont know what that is but if its the same as carb cleaner then it should be fine. Just be aware that there are plastic and neoprene parts in the throttle body and injector/ regulator housing, if that stuff you suggest reacts with any of the above then again i'd advise, as minidaves has, the carb cleaner. I found most of the crud just wipes off anyway with a bit of elbow grease anyway.
