I got a supercharger setup on my mini and just like to no what psi people are Runing plus pulley sizes. Just to give me a idea of what mine would be Runing. Need to get round to fitting a boost gauge but to busy. Cheers

22 psi, really? What supercharger are you using, I thought they got inefficient around 12...

Well that's what my boost gauge says when flooring it. I actually think it hits that and would go further, but the gauge only goes up to 1.5

I'd be a bit sceptical of that figure, though I'm no expert on superchargers. The VMAX chargers are the M45 ones, which are reputed to be massively inefficient over 12psi or so, making more heat than pressure/flow.

Also at 22 psi you'd have to have an very low cr and very strong internals not to just melt and disintegrate

Thanks very much. I order boost gauge today so get one fitted this week. What size pulley people Runing? I got smaller pulley which is to lean on top end so I think spinning to much and sucking into much air. So going to fit bigger one standed type. What type size you guys Runing?

Im running the standard M45 pulley which is 65mm and the MPI crank pulley.
12 psi is what my gauge says under full load around 3000-4000 rpm's.

It will raise a little at max revs if I was you I would go above 12psi there isn't anything to gain. You would be better putting your efforts into water or water/meth injection
